Western Railway Cultural Quota Notification 2024-25 has published Employment Notification No. RRC/WR/04/2022 (Cultural Quota)): Government of India, Ministry of Railway, Western Railway, Mumbai invites online applications from qualified candidates to fill two (02) positions in Level 2 of the VII CPC Pay Matrix (Rs. 19,900 – 63,200) under the Cultural Quota for the year 2024-2025 on Western Railway in Dancer and Guitarist disciplines. The last date for registration of online applications is 2nd January 2025.

Western Railway Cultural Quota Age Limit:
18 to 30 years as on 1st January 2025.
Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC and others as per GoI Rules.
Western Railway Cultural Quota Pay Scale:
Level-2 of VII CPC Pay Matrix, ₹ 19900 – 63200/-
Western Railway Cultural Quota Educational Qualifications:
Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate for NTPC categories. (OR)
Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship approved by NCVT / SCVT for technical categories. (OR)
Matriculation plus ITI approved by NCVT / SCVT for technical categories.
Western Railway Cultural Quota Professional Qualifications:
Male / Female Dancer : Degree/Diploma/ Certificate in any classical dancer.
Guitarist or Saxophone Player : Degree/Diploma Course / Certificate in Music.
Examination Fee:
₹ 500/- for General and OBC Category Candidates
₹ 250/- for SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes.
The fee should be made through online payment mode. The Online fee payment through Net Banking or debit / credit card will be available upto 16/12/2022 till 23.59 hrs.
